“We had a quick 1 night stay at the Waldorf Towers South Beach before a cruise. We had an amazing room with ocean view. Check in was quick, Carl was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel. Our room was clean and updated. There was a restaurant and 24 hour market at the property, which was so nice after a long day of travel. Check out was also easy and quick. All of the staff we met were helpful with information about the hotel and the area.”

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT

“In selecting rooms for a recent birthday trip my wife enjoys staying in the Art Deco's on South Beach. In searching Trip Advisor reviews I found that many had comments like "great marketing photos but rooms/staff were terrible" or similar. Then I came across the Waldorf Towers, reviews seemed good so I took a chance. EVERYTHING was excellent! The entire property has been recently renovated and looks fantastic. We had two rooms and both were excellent. One was on the 2nd floor facing the beach, so right above the restaurant and Ocean Drive, couldn't hear a sound outside, they obviously took the time and care to install excellent soundproof glass. The entire property showed similar levels of attention to detail. The staff was also outstanding, particularly Oscar, Bryan, Robert and Ruben. Very helpful, considerate and friendly. We have in the past stay with a high end chain property also on South Beach but from now on our go to destination will be the Waldorf Towers.”

“Fantastic location! We struck lucky booking this hotel, ideally located for everything on and around Ocean Drive. Hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, beds comfortable and refreshed daily. Staff are incredibly attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We have to give a big shout out to Ruben on the front desk who has been outstanding with all his help, gem of a guy.”
